Abstract

Abstraksi.

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karywan PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II, Kawasan Industri Wijaya Kusuma yaitu berjumlah 536 orang. Kemudian ditarik sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin menjadi 85 orang sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja, pelatihan, kemampuan kerja perlu diperhatikan, karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketiga variabel bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap Prestasi Keraja PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II, Kawsan Industri Wijaya Kusuma, sebesar 78,3%. Berdasarkan besarnya pengaruh tersebut diharapkan perusahaan dapat lebih tegas terhadap disiplin kerja, memberi pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan karyawan sehingga kemampuan kerja karywan bisa merata dan prestasi kerja bisa meningkat.

Abstract.

The population in this study were all employees of PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II, Wijaya Kusuma Industrial Estate, totaling 536 people. Then the sample was drawn using the Slovin formula into 85 samples. The results showed that work discipline, training, work skills need to be considered, because based on the results of the study, the three variables together have a considerable influence on the Performance of PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II, Kawsan Industri Wijaya Kusuma, amounted to 78.3%. Based on the magnitude of the influence it is expected that the company can be more assertive towards work discipline, provide training according to the needs of employees so that employees can work equally and work performance can be increased
